ArtiZen Kombucha is his combination of art, passion and meticulous patience of zen seeing the beverage ferment over time.
Sebastien, the head brewer and co-owner of Artizen Kombucha, has been brewing kombucha for at least 10 years. He has a huge passion for fresh, local nutrient dense foods, ferments and preparations. Sebastien is a certified permaculture consultant. He studied with Geoff Lawton and Sepp Holzer. He created permaculture gardens and projects in USA, Jamaica, Turkey, Spain, Canada and Costa Rica.
Sebastien also worked in his uncle's restaurant in Paris, where he learnt to pair flavours and textures to create one of a kind dishes. Sebastien's passion for healthy living and eating is unparalleled, and he is excited to share this knowledge.
